PAGE 1 2 Order ProcessingAlmost immediately after you place your order you will first receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order.Processing involves receiving your order, transmitting the information to our shipping warehouse, and packing the product for shipping. Due to the various leather items we deal with, processing times will vary from item to item. This can range from 24 hours to two business days, depending on product type. If you choose regular shipment, the shipping time will approximately 9-12 business days. If you choose a faster delivery by UPS or Postal Priority Air, the shipping time will be 7-8 business days.
Order Information1) (SSL) Secure Shopping Cart System: To order, select the color or size (for belt) and click "Add to Cart"... after you finish shopping, you can "Check out" and get your order confirmation. We will e-mail you an order confirmation.

We keep strict confidential of your credit card & billing information, we do not keep any of these information in our database. We delete these information completely from our system after the shipment is being paid and shipped. It is very important that the shipping address you provided must match your credit card billing address. Your order will not be processed, if the shipping address you provided does not match your billing address. We do verify each and every credit card purchase on the billing address. We however accept American Express corporate card with different shipping address if we can verify your work address and telephone number.
4) Fraudulent Orders: On all orders we received, we reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. We also track your ISP and we will notify properly authorities in your cites regarding any fraudulent activities.
Ways To Order1) Order by Phone: If you prefer to order by phone, you can call us at 1-650-232-1203 Mon- Fri (Pacific Time 11:00am- 4:00pm) to order, and give us your payment information over the phone. We do not ship Express Mail phone orders. You can leave a call back number if we are busy.
2) Order by Check: After you fill out the order, print out the order form and mail it with your check to: Sova Accessories - 7 W 41st Avenue #75, San Mateo, CA 94403. Attn: Order Dept. Shipment will be shipped after check is being cleared, wait 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We keep strict confidential of all your personal billing information.
3) Order by E-mail: E-mail the style and what you want to order at customer@sovaleather.com. If you have any questions or special requests please include in the e-mail. We will e-mail you or call you back if we have any questions.
Return Policy & ProceduresIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods for a refund excluding shipping costs within 3 weeks upon receipt of the goods. 1) Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods for a refund excluding shipping costs within 3 weeks upon receipt of the goods. 2) Return Product in Non-Use Condition: Item returning must be in non-used condition. Return goods must be in the same condition as received, no stains, scratches, cuts or subject to any cigarette smell or perfumes, etc. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If the item has been used, it will be returned to you immediately. You can reuse the original shipping box when returning.
3) Refund: a) Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes, excluding our shipping charges. b) If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, the initial shipping will be credited as well. However, we do not take back damaged merchandise that has been abused or caused by overloading & overstretching the goods. c) Your card will be credited when we received and processed your returned item. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on your statement. Please allow one billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
4) Repair: We will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge, within 30 days after the purchase. We will not be responsible for our product that is being overloaded, overstretched and damages caused by abusing of the product.
