How To Care For Leather Accessories and Small Leather Items. 

The main key of preserving your leather bags or small leather items, be it travel bags or credit card wallets, etc., is to cherish and treat your leather goods with care during usage. Do not overload or manhandle your leather products. Do not overstuff credit card holders or card slots with excessive amount of credit cards that will cause the edges of the card wallet to tear or rip open. Do not overstuff side pockets or gusset compartment of your leather bags or even your leather wallets, as it will cause the leather seam to break open eventually. Overstuffing your leather bags or zipper card wallets, will cause the nylon fabric zipper track to pop open as well. Also to preserve your leather items, the user has to avoid abrasion, sharp objects, moisture, oil substance, rain and dirt during usage of the wallets, especially for lighter color small leather items. 

Even the best of cowhide leather products or, with time the leather surface loses its resiliency and luster. Therefore, user should apply leather care cream to the leather products every now and then. But make sure to test the leather care product first on an obscure area on the leather items or coin purses. This is to make sure that it does not create a stain or oil spot, it is especially important to test first if you want to apply leather cream to a glove leather product, such as Coach leather type of product, as the nature of the glove leather will soak up the oil and will create a permanent dark spot on the leather wallets if you are not careful. Do not use any chemicals or cleaning solutions on your leather goods. Please make sure you read all the instructions before applying any leather cream to your leather bags.
